A Summery Nectarine Loaf Cake
Today I found Baked by Me on the net {or rather Iris found me}. Iris has the most wonderful product line of cookie mixes in jars ready to be baked!
I came across this recipe for a Summery Nectarine Loaf Cake on her blog and just have to make it {especially since my planned jam making has been cancelled as the last of the plums were past their best}. Off to the shops to get some nectarines!
